Privacy and personal data processing.

When the contact form is enabled, we collect your name, email address, organization (if provided), inquiry category and message in order to manage and respond to your request. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the submission, and Google Apps Script processes it for registration in Google Sheets and email notification to the Sustrendlab team. Attachments are not accepted, and inquiry details are not publicly disclosed.

Personal data management

Data are used to respond to inquiries and are stored in Google services accessible to authorized staff. Bot verification is carried out with Cloudflare Turnstile. To ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your information, please write to contacto@sustrendlab.com.

Before final publication, the organization must formally establish retention periods and approve the full data processing terms under applicable Chilean law.
